Great to meet you!

I have been working in crisis prior to becoming an individual private therapist. My approach is strengths based. My style is warm, positive, open, and I believe in the power of humor. The relationship between myself and patient are very important and a pivotal part of my overall work.

My approach to therapy

I love the saying that “We cannot solve the problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” I strive with a person-centered approach to first listen to what the needs and goals are, striving to meet each individual exactly where they are in life. My techniques will be individualized to each unique person I am working with. I focus on authenticity and a therapeutic alliance and basing work together on unconditional positive regard.

What you can expect from me
