Great to meet you!

I have extensive training in various mental health issues, but specialize in sex, sexuality, neurodivergence, sexual dysfunction, children of emotionally immature parents, and LGBTQ+ care. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Independent Social Worker.

My approach to therapy

I'm a relational, existential, and person-centered therapist. This means that I view the development of a genuine, caring, and warm relationship as the foundation for all good therapy. I also view therapy as a practice that needs to incorporate all of an individual's personhood - this may include involving aspects of the mind, body, and existential/spiritual fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me looks very different depending on the client I am working with. I avoid a one-size-fits-all approach, and instead become curious about each individual client's needs and goals.
