Great to meet you!

I believe that healing is not a one size fits all process. Every person arrives with a unique story, a distinct set of strengths, and their own way of making meaning in the world. I honor that individuality as I provide a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow at a pace that feels authentic to them. I believe in helping people and not fixing them because people aren't broken.

My approach to therapy

Our approach is deeply eclectic. Rather than relying on a single modality, we draw from a wide range of evidence‐based practices—integrating cognitive‐behavioral strategies, mindfulness, narrative work, trauma‐responsive techniques, and relational approaches. This flexibility allows us to tailor each session to the client’s needs, preferences, and lived experiences. Therapy becomes a collaborative exploration, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapist with a warm personality, a listening ear, and an open mind who is ready to assist individuals to identify and set realistic goals without judgement.
