Great to meet you!

Relationships are supposed to feel good — and when they don't, it touches everything. Your confidence, your sleep, your sense of self.

I specialize in helping adults work through relationship patterns, dating struggles, heartbreak, and the deeper wounds that make love feel harder than it should. Whether you're navigating a painful breakup, stuck in cycles with partners, or just tired of feeling lonely even when you're not alone — this is a safe place to figure it out.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in trauma, attachment, and relational healing. My style is warm and direct — I'll meet you where you are, but I won't let you stay stuck.

Most clients start noticing real shifts within the first few sessions. If you've been thinking about therapy, this is your sign to take the next step.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including ACT, CBT, Gottman couples therapy and Trauma-Informed Care. My background in yoga teaching and eastern philosophy adds a unique dimension to my practice, allowing me to incorporate mind-body techniques to promote healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about connection, getting to know one another in a warm, open, and judgment-free space. We'll explore what's brought you to therapy and begin identifying your personal goals, whether you're coming as an individual or as a couple. From there, I'll work with you to determine a tailored plan that outlines how we'll move forward and how frequently we'll meet. My goal is to make your experience feel personal and specifically designed for you, not a one-size-fits-all approach, so that we can create meaningful progress. You can expect to leave that first session feeling heard, with a clearer sense of direction and hope for what's ahead.
