Great to meet you!

I have a strong passion for walking in stride with my clients and teaching tools to not only overcome struggles, but to guide you in the discovery of your own strength and overall wellness. This has been a passion of mine since a very young age due to personal experiences. I believe that a therapist shouldn't be a blank slate and I don't opporate as such in my sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to take an integrative approach to therapy, using several methods based on your unique needs. These can include, client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR for trauma processing.

I like to take a modern approach to therapy and will be an active participant in your therapy journey.
