Dr. Calista is both a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

She received a Doctor of Nursing Practice Post Master’s Degree from Brandman University with a specialty in Mental Health Practice, a Post Master’s Degree with Charles Drew University, specialty in Family Practice. Dr. Calista has practiced bedside nursing for over 18 years and understands patients’ total needs.

My approach to therapy

I provide treatment and therapy for a wide array of mental health problems including all forms of psychosis including schizophrenia, drug and alcohol-induced psychosis, all forms of depressive disorders including postpartum depression, all forms of anxiety disorder including panic attacks Obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, GAD, acute stress disorder social anxiety and more, mood disorders including bipolar, personality disorders.
