Great to meet you!

I believe that every human is inherently good and worthy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, I am here to help you rediscover the goodness inside of you. I work with individuals and couples to help them get to know the important parts of themselves and how those parts might be making it difficult for them to be their truest selves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will help you identify the parts of you that are impacting your life, discover what those parts need, and help you find your way back to your truest, most confident, and compassionate self.

What you can expect from our first session

You already have the tools you need inside of you. My job is to help you learn what those tools look like and feel like so you can use them in your day-to-day life.
