Great to meet you!

I’m an EMDR-trained, humanistic counselor who believes therapy should feel like a safe space to be yourself—no judgment, no perfect answers required. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a little humor into the room, because healing doesn’t always have to feel so heavy. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. Most importantly, you don’t have to navigate it all alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on you as a whole person—not just your symptoms.I blend evidence-based tools with curiosity, compassion, and a little humor to help you understand your experiences and feel more grounded. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, with the goal of helping you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change. And yes, therapy can be serious without taking yourself too seriously.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, get comfortable, and start telling your story—no pressure to have it all figured out. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what you’d like support with. I’ll answer any questions you have and we’ll begin building a plan that feels right for you. Think of it less like an interview and more like a conversation with someone who’s genuinely in your corner.
