Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adult clients struggling with various concerns related to mental health. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2017. I don't just believe in treating conditions or symptoms but also giving my clients information, so they are knowledgeable for their own benefit. My sessions are informal, I enjoy laughing and learning, and I am excited to go on this journey with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach and all parts of an individual are important when addressing mental health. My goal is to provide a safe space for self-reflection, openness, and self-connection. I use aspects of CBT, DBT, trauma informed therapy and Motivational Interviewing, amongst others to assist clients in finding their own direction. Techniques such as journaling, psychoeducation, skills training, amongst others are used to give clients tools to address symptoms and create empowerment.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you learn some great new tools to help you in your daily life, learn about yourself, and come away from therapy feeling empowered and great about yourself. You have one life and I hope to help you design that life the way you want it.
