Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Social Work degree and experienced clinician with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. My background includes working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I use a trauma-informed, holistic approach that considers the full picture of your life—your experiences, environment, relationships, and internal dialogue.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel both supported and empowered. My style is warm, compassionate, and direct, allowing us to explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools for lasting change. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy that is both supportive and action-oriented. I work collaboratively with clients to identify the root causes of their challenges, including long-standing patterns, unresolved grief, and environmental stressors. My style is compassionate yet direct, allowing for both deep insight and meaningful progress.

Together, we will build practical strategies, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and create a more aligned and fulfilling life. Therapy with me is a collaborative process centered on growth, empowerment, and lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients using a trauma-informed, compassionate, and direct approach. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we explore how past experiences, internal narratives, and current stressors are impacting your life.

Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on both insight and action. My goal is to help you not only feel better, but to create meaningful, lasting change so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.
