Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Dr. Callie Gilchrest, and I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents. I earned my doctorate degree at the University of Florida, and have 10 years of experience training and working at major children's hospitals across the country. I am passionate about helping children and their families, especially when is comes to challenges with behavior and development. Personally, I'm a mother, wife, friend, and avid traveler.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and family-centered, fostering growth and resilience. I have particular expertise in autism, ADHD, and parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT). I use evidence-based and tailored approaches, with an emphasis on family involvement and collaboration. Specializing with children and adolescents, I focus on skill-building to support social and emotional growth, empowering clients and their families with tools for progress beyond sessions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, understanding environment where growth is encouraged. My goal is to help children and families build practical skills for managing everyday challenges. Sessions focus on fostering emotional resilience, coping and social skills, and confidence, empowering clients to navigate daily life with greater ease. I aim to create a collaborative space where families feel equipped with tools and insights to make meaningful, lasting progress together.
