Great to meet you!

Knowing what needs to get done doesn’t always make it easier to start, follow through, or feel in control. Life can become exhausting when motivation is hard to find, emotions feel overwhelming, or coping strategies that once helped no longer seem to work.

I work with teens and adults navigating ADHD, addictive behaviors, and anxiety. Together, we’ll look at what may be influencing unhelpful patterns, build a greater sense of self-worth, and find strategies that feel realistic and manageable - not like another thing to add to the list.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and genuine. I believe therapy is practical, honest, and tailored to you. We’ll look beyond the surface while building tools that support meaningful, sustainable change. The goal isn’t to fit someone else’s expectations, but to develop a way forward that feels aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a down-to-earth space where you can be yourself, speak honestly, and explore difficult things without judgment. Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out - it’s about having a place to make sense of what’s happening, feel understood, and begin moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
