Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 7 years experience working in the mental health care. I believe every person has unique strengths, and my goal is build on those strengths while navigating life challenges with confidence and resilience. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship concerns, career transitions, burn-out, ADHD and grief.

My approach to therapy

I'm here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed with work, navigating a career change, coping with depression or grief, managing ADHD, facing parenting challenges, or seeking personal growth, I look forward to partnering with you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on building a foundation for our work together. We will review what brought you to therapy, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
