Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, I am passionate about supporting women through life’s challenges, particularly those navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. My experience spans working with individuals in intensive outpatient settings, as well as providing individual therapy for clients who have completed such programs or have learned about my work through community referrals. I understand how important it is to tailor care to each person’s unique goals and circumstances, and I am committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, flexible, and holistic. I draw on my background in substance use treatment and trauma-informed care, aiming to empower you to define your own recovery, healing, and well-being. I believe in minimizing the administrative burden on both of us so I can focus my time and energy fully on your needs and aspirations. I strive to honor your lived experience, offer practical resources and support where needed, and collaborate with you to set meaningful, achievable goals for your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, you can expect a relaxed, supportive, and collaborative environment. We will take time to get to know each other, discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, and talk through your hopes and concerns. I will invite you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and together we will start outlining an individual plan that feels right for you. My priority is for you to feel heard and respected from the very beginning of our work together.
