Great to meet you!

Most people I work with aren’t looking for perfect answers, they’re looking for relief, clarity, and a way to feel more steady in their day-to-day life again.

I’m Callie, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps adults navigate anxiety, stress, ADHD-related challenges, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure of trying to keep everything together. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling mentally exhausted, overextended, or frustrated that their usual coping strategies aren’t working the way they used to.

My goal is to help you slow things down enough to understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface and then build practical, realistic tools that make life feel more manageable.

Therapy with me is supportive, but also structured and focused. We don’t just talk about what’s hard—we work on how to make it better in real, usable ways.

My approach to therapy

My style is calm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I focus on helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system responses so we can identify what’s keeping you stuck.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, skills-based interventions and play therapy techniques (yes, these can work with adults, too!) to help clients create lasting change in how they respond to stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

A lot of my work centers on helping clients:

  • interrupt anxiety cycles before they escalate
  • reduce overthinking and self-criticism
  • improve focus and follow-through with ADHD-related challenges
  • build emotional regulation skills that actually work in real life
  • create routines and coping strategies that are sustainable, not overwhelming

This isn’t about becoming a “different person.” It’s about helping you function with more ease, stability, and confidence in the life you already have.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on what’s been feeling hardest lately and what you want to change.

You don’t need to organize your thoughts perfectly before starting therapy. We’ll figure it out together.

Clients often come in feeling:

  • mentally scattered or overwhelmed
  • stuck in cycles of anxiety or overthinking
  • drained from constantly “holding it together”
  • frustrated with difficulty focusing or staying on track
  • unsure how to create lasting change even when they know what they “should” do

Over time, many clients begin to notice:

  • a quieter, more manageable level of anxiety
  • improved focus and follow-through
  • fewer emotional spirals and faster recovery when stress hits
  • more confidence in decision-making
  • a stronger sense of internal stability and control

We will work together to find what is practical, grounding, and genuinely useful for you.
