Hi, I’m Callie, a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping adults build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where you feel safe to be yourself without fear of judgment.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, and attachment-related concerns. I have a particular interest in helping clients heal from insecurity, jealousy, and relationship anxiety by developing self-worth, emotional regulation, and secure relationship patterns.
My approach is warm, practical, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, attachment theory, and strengths-based interventions to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll identify patterns that are no longer serving you, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward the life and relationships you want.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing your current concerns, and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood from the very beginning.
