Great to meet you!

Being a therapist is one of the greatest joys of my life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), I specialize in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ages 14 and up, focusing on social skill development in public settings. I am also deeply passionate about couples work, offering support to partners as they navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. Additionally, I see individuals with a wide range of mental health issues.

Outside of work, I spend my free time with my husband and our cat, watching various sports, and enjoy estate sales.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is warm and direct, combining empathy with practical strategies to help clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples, tailoring my methods to meet their unique needs and empowering them to take an active role in their growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. They'll gain practical tools and strategies to manage challenges, improve communication, and build confidence. Whether working on social skills, personal growth, or relationship dynamics, clients can expect tangible progress and a clearer path forward in reaching their goals.
