Cally Bauer

My name is Cally and I have worked in the field for over a decade providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings. My career has afforded me the opportunity to work with children, adults and geriatrics, those high functioning and low, dealing with various issues, stressors and challenges. Among others, I specialize in mood disorders, trauma, relational issues, grief, navigating family dynamics, developing positive coping skills and stress management. I also specialize in perinatal maternal mental health and postpartum.

I believe in using a supportive, humanistic approach with clients. No one can ever pretend to know exactly what you’re going through but my goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable space to be able to openly express and process your experiences and feelings and get you through things together. I believe in strengths based modalities and the use of motivational interviewing to develop an individualized plan that best address your needs and ultimately assists you in achieving your goals.

Together we will learn how to navigate and process your experiences to ultimately get you where you need to be. Please note I do have some evening and weekend availability as well. Once you book your initial intake we can discuss which days and times work best for you and coordinate accordingly.
