Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Cally Skalko. For over 24 years I’ve supported children, teens, adults, families, and communities through education & mental health work. My passion as an Existential Therapist is guiding and supporting my clients toward peace and a Holistic life of LOVE. Simply defined by loving themselves, others, and God in a way that manifests healing and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends structure, compassion, and practical support. We’ll create goals together, then use conversation, reflection, and skills-building to help you move toward the life you want. I honor each client’s cultural background, personal faith, and lived experiences, offering a warm, authentic space where growth feels safe and possible.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you here and what you hope will feel different. You’ll have space to share at your own pace as we begin shaping meaningful goals. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead—whether you’re a teen, a veteran, a parent, or an adult navigating life’s challenges.
