Hi, I'm Calveta! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Virginia with 20 plus years working in the field of mental health. Therapy can be very challenging and my desire is to cultivate an environment in which you feel healthy and safe.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with individuals who display symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger management, conflict resolution, trauma, grief, PTSD, relationship problems and parenting issues. I present various therapeutic techniques that are person-centered within the counseling process; including cognitive behavioral therapy, strength based, solution focus, and play therapy.
