Great to meet you!

I use my personal experience as a therapist in long-term recovery and working in award winning treatment facilities for co-occurring disorders to provide an integrated approach to therapy utilizing therapies such as DBT, Gestalt, IFS, and accelerated resolution therapy. Follow my instagram: TheTampaCounselor for more of my therapeutic approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is for you to walk away from every meeting with something meaningful gained, whether it's insight, a new skill, or a sense of forward movement. I believe in creating an environment where you feel truly heard, so you never have to worry about whether i remember the important details you share. Ultimately, my aim is work myself out of job by supporting you in reaching your goals in ways that empower you long after our sessions conclude.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is more than just providing a supportive presence - its about equipping you with tools, insight, and deep exploration to make lasting progress. I never want a client to walk away thinking I could have learned this from a Youtube video.
