Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing online therapy for adults and teens in Washington. I tend to work well with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and tired of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer make sense, even when they understand them. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, and I aim to create a space that feels steady, supportive, and real. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in somatic, mindfulness, and parts-informed therapy, including Sensorimotor and IFS. I work with the understanding that many patterns make sense in the context of what you have been through, even if they no longer feel helpful. In session, we slow down and connect thoughts, beliefs, and your sense of self to what is happening in your body. This helps build insight through self-compassion while also supporting regulation, flexibility, and greater self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on getting a clear sense of what brings you in, while also noticing the strengths, resilience, and adaptations that have helped you get this far. I take time to understand your history, your current challenges, and the ways your mind and body have worked to carry you and keep you safe. From there, we begin building curiosity and self-compassion around your experience, rather than judgment. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, grounded, and nonjudgmental so you can start to feel clearer, supported, and connected to yourself.
