Great to meet you!

I'm Dr. Cal - a virtual mental health clinician and wellness coach. As a counselor educator and clinician, I provide a safe, understanding space where your experiences are validated. My goal is to provide empowering opportunities and provide you tools to break cycles, reclaim your strength, and build a healthier, more fulfilled life.

My approach to therapy

I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, addiction, self-doubt, and identity struggles through culturally affirming therapy. A typical treatment plan includes deep self-exploration, coping strategies, and breaking unhelpful patterns. You can expect greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional balance. Healing is possible, you don't have to do it alone.

What you can expect from me

Open minded session that incudes affirming care. A positive approach to enhancing their mental health journey.
