Great to meet you!

I am a US military veteran. I have over two decades of experiences as a provider of telehealth care services. As a psychotherapist, neuropsychology practitioner, addictions treatment professional, and a certified provider of sex offender assessment and treatment services, I am an experienced provider of general telemental health psychotherapy and counseling care. I use an eclectic approach that provides patients with e-therapy care that is collaborative and integrative-scaffolded by the best ideas and concepts from nutritional psychology and neuropsychological research.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to care is humorous, collaborative and relentlessly thorough. I leave no stone unturned to care for patients through e-counseling where patients benefit from nutritional psychology, lifestyle counseling, and applied neuropsychology. Online psychotherapy is provided in a collaborative manner for a diverse range of patients.

What you can expect from our first session

Adults, teens, older children (12+) approach care with me for-mood and emotional disorders (depression, anxiety, trauma), marital and family issues, personality concerns, substances of abuse and dependency issues, anger management dynamics, and for sex offender assessment and treatment concerns, as well as ADHD (ADD), and most behavioral and/or emotional issues. I work collaboratively with my clients, healing with humor, mutual respect, practiced listenership, and a non-traditional approach.
