Great to meet you!

With over twenty years of working with people in counseling, I continue to experience joy in helping folks discover ways to grow, and gain insight and choice in their lives. As a counselor, I understand the bravery it takes to be completely vulnerable with another individual. My role in the counseling room is to meet you right where you are with respect, compassion, and non-judgment. I find it a privilege to journey with a client.

My approach to therapy

Something is empowering about feeling completely seen and heard, being met with empathy and understanding. My approach is warm and down-to-earth, meeting each client with compassion and support. My expertise is working with individuals experiencing life stressors, including determining values and finding meaning and purpose in life, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family stress.

What you can expect from me

As my client, you will begin to understand a new perspective on your situation, gain control of your life, and envision a new future. I believe we all have a reason for how we got to where we are in life. Our narratives shape our identities. Self-acknowledgment and honoring the gifts you bring help to make these life changes and work past challenging times. Let's look at your strengths and create a realistic, working plan to move forward.
