Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I have experience working in both hospital and community based settings, where I have developed strong skills in assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My goal is to help clients build healthier coping strategies, increase self awareness, and feel more in control of their emotional well being. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and supporting them in moving forward with intention and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client centered, and grounded in evidence based practices. I believe that therapy is not one size fits all, so I tailor each session to meet the unique needs, goals, and experiences of the individual.

I integrate practical coping skills with deeper exploration to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I often draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused techniques, and strengths based approaches to support growth and long term change.

I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe to be open and honest, while also being gently challenged to develop new perspectives and healthier patterns. My goal is to help clients not only manage current stressors, but also build the tools they need for lasting emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can begin to share their story at their own pace. I will ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

This session is also an opportunity for us to begin identifying goals and discussing what therapy may look like moving forward. I focus on building a strong therapeutic connection, as trust and comfort are essential to meaningful progress.

Clients can expect to leave the first session with a clearer understanding of the process, initial goals, and a sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident in taking the next steps in your journey.
