Great to meet you!

My initial focus is to build rapport with each client. As a therapist, I foster a growth-promoting climate for clients to feel comfortable and secure to engage and resolve their issues. I believe we have the capacity to change our lives for the better through self-awareness. Once we become more aware and accepting of ourselves; we uncover our latent abilities and begin to empower ourselves to make the changes in our lives that we want to see.

My approach to therapy

Some therapeutic approaches that I utilize, but not limited to, are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Family Systems, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Play Therapy, Culturally Sensitive, and a Strength-Based Approach.

What you can expect from me

"In our first session, you can expect a warm, compassionate space where you are truly heard and respected. My approach is person-centered and genuine—I am here to build a real connection and support you in your journey. Together, we’ll begin exploring what matters most to you and how I can help."
