I am a licensed professional counselor who has experience working in PHP/IOP and individual counseling settings. I graduated from Monmouth University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program. I see a diverse population; however, specialize working with eating disorders.

I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling, often incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy.
