Great to meet you!

I’m a first-generation Iranian-American, nonbinary therapist who shows up as a real, grounded human—warm, direct, and unflappable. Two counseling master’s degrees, an ordained reverend, ongoing shamanic study, and lived experience in LGBTQIA+, poly/ENM, and kink communities shape my holistic lens. I weave transpersonalism, somatic work, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness to tend mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are virtual, flexible, and collaborative but always centered on your safety and dignity: every part of you is welcomed, affirmed, and challenged to grow. I stay active in my own learning and healing so I can guide you with integrity, cultural humility, and up-to-date skill. Expect a space where you feel seen, gently held accountable, and equipped with practical tools to turn pain into purpose and possibility.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and body-minded: I weave somatic practices, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and transpersonal insight so mind, body, and spirit all feel tended. Sessions are collaborative and direct—I’ll meet you with warmth, clear feedback, and practical tools while honoring every piece of your identity. Expect a trauma-informed, consent-driven space that balances gentle compassion with the honest challenges that spark real change.

What you can expect from me

After each session, clients leave with grounded calm in their body, clearer insight into their inner parts, and concrete practices they can use right away—breath or movement to settle the nervous system, language to voice needs, micro-rituals that anchor self-compassion. Over time, they notice steadier mood, deeper connection with partners and community, sharper boundaries, and a growing sense of wholeness and purpose that carries far beyond the proverbial room.
