Great to meet you!

Life's struggles often point toward opportunities for growth. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, spiritual questions, and challenges related to identity and meaning. Together, we explore the deeper patterns shaping your experiences while building practical processes for lasting change.

My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a focus on self-discovery, personal growth, and living more authentically. I believe healing involves more than reducing symptoms—it involves developing a fuller relationship with yourself and creating a life aligned with your deepest values and potential.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for a new chapter, therapy can help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

Every person is unique, which is why I tailor therapy to your specific needs, goals, and life circumstances. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a deeper exploration of the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that shape your life.

Therapy may include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.

Emotion-Focused and Insight-Oriented Therapy to better understand underlying feelings, recurring life patterns, and the experiences that influence your relationships and self-image.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients develop a compassionate relationship with the different parts of themselves. Rather than viewing anxiety, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or other struggles as problems to eliminate, we explore the important roles these parts have played and help them move toward healthier ways of functioning.

Jungian and Psychoanalytic Approaches to explore recurring patterns, significant relationships, emotional wounds, dreams, life transitions, and the deeper themes that shape a person's experience. This work often helps clients better understand themselves, reconnect with neglected strengths, and discover a greater sense of meaning and direction.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step into therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and accepted without judgment.

During our first session, I'll want to learn about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope might be different in your life. We'll discuss your experiences, relationships, personal history, and the strengths you've relied on throughout your journey. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels right for you.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I'm interested in understanding you as a whole person. Together, we'll begin exploring the patterns, experiences, and questions that may be influencing your current struggles, while also identifying practical steps toward relief and growth.

Many clients tell me they leave their first session feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful than when they arrived. While we may not solve everything in one meeting, we can begin developing a clearer understanding of where you are, where you'd like to be, and how therapy can help you get there.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, spiritual concerns, or a deeper sense of feeling stuck, our first session is an opportunity to begin making sense of your experience and charting a path forward together.
