Great to meet you!

Life brings seasons of change, and you don't have to navigate them alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, family issues, grief and loss, and relationship challenges, while also supporting concerns such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, panic disorders, stress management, trauma, identity issues, men's issues, and cultural or ethnic concerns. I welcome children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and I strive to create a space where every person feels heard, respected, and understood. Whether you're facing a difficult transition, navigating conflict in your relationships, or looking for healthier ways to cope, my goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your relationships, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy. This allows us to work together in a way that best fits your goals, whether we're improving communication, strengthening family relationships, processing difficult emotions, managing symptoms, or building healthier patterns. My focus is on helping you develop meaningful skills and insights that create positive, lasting change both in and outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are met with curiosity and respect. I understand that reaching out for therapy is a significant step, and I want you to feel comfortable moving at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll celebrate progress, work through challenges, and build practical tools that help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to handle whatever life brings. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
