Great to meet you!
I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with training in both clinical psychiatry and somatic-informed care. I specialize in medication management for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions.
My approach: Straightforward, collaborative, and grounded in evidence. I listen carefully to how medications are affecting you—not just your symptoms, but your energy, sleep, focus, and overall well-being. I adjust thoughtfully and explain the reasoning behind recommendations.
What makes my practice different: I pay attention to your nervous system, not just your diagnosis. I notice how your body is responding to treatment. If you're open to it, I can weave in brief somatic practices (breathwork, grounding) to support medication work. But I meet you where you are — some clients want med management only, and that's exactly what they get.
I work with: Adults managing psychiatric conditions with or without medication. People new to medication and those adjusting long-term regimens. Folks who've had difficult experiences with providers and want someone who actually listens.
My hours: Monday-Thursday 9 AM-2 PM (in-person or virtual), Friday 9 AM-12 PM virtual. No evenings.
I believe good psychiatric care is about partnership, clarity, and honoring your autonomy. You're the expert on your own experience; I'm here to support you with clinical knowledge and genuine presence.
