I have a passion for and clinical focus in child, adolescent and young adult mental health with extensive experience in day treatment, community-based, and private practice settings. I use evidence-based approaches like collaborative problem solving, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation and modification to break free of old patterns and step into positive change. Together, we will identify and embrace your strengths while addressing challenges that are causing distress.
