Great to meet you!

I believe growth happens when we learn to face ourselves with honesty and compassion. I work with adults who feel stuck in recurring patterns, relationship struggles, anxiety, life transitions, or questions about who they are and who they want to become. My style is warm, direct, and engaging—I’ll support you, but I’ll also help you see the things that may be difficult to see on your own. While we won't shy away from hard conversations, I believe humor can often help us approach difficult truths with a little more courage and perspective. Together, we'll work toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of identity.

My approach to therapy

I believe many of our struggles stem from patterns that once helped us navigate life and relationships but no longer serve us well. Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, increase self-awareness, and develop new ways of relating to ourselves and others. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'll offer support and encouragement, but I'll also help you recognize blind spots, challenge unhelpful patterns, and consider perspectives that may be difficult to see on your own.

My work is influenced by attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relational approaches. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, conflict, or questions about identity and purpose, my goal is to help you become more securely grounded in who you are while building healthier, more meaningful connections with others.

What you can expect from me

The first session is less about fixing anything and more about understanding your story. I'll want to learn what brings you to therapy, what's working, what's not, and what you're hoping will be different. You can expect a warm, conversational environment where you'll be listened to without judgment, but also thoughtfully challenged when it may be helpful. Together, we'll start identifying patterns, clarifying goals, and exploring practical next steps toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.
