Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Camesha Williams a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia, with over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a therapeutic setting. My style is collaborative. The relationship between the client and therapist guides the work that we will do together. By using a non judgmental approach and creating a safe space for you to feel heard, I believe growth and insight can occur.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, mood disorders, ADHD and relationship issues. I have extensive knowledge and experience using the following interventions; cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and solution focused/brief therapy. I believe in meeting individuals where they are and building on their strengths.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy teaching clients how thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that guides clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience.
