I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor in UT & Marriage and Family licensed therapist. I work with individuals, couples & families. I have experience in working with neuro-divergency, trauma, adoption & foster care, senior life transitions, cognitive challenges, incarceration, domestic violence (perpetrators and victims), addiction, grief, & more.

My approach to therapy

My primary theoretical approach is centered in attachment. These are the modalities I have experience in: mindfulness, equine, ketamine, attachment, child & teen development, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, yoga & tapping, goal setting, emotionally-focused therapy, individual, couples, family, group therapy, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, suicide assessment & spiritual/faith transition.
