Cami Elen

Cami Elen, MA, LMFT, holds a Masters degree with a Specialization in Trauma from Antioch University. She supports clients from a trauma focused perspective, and works with adults, couples, and families. Cami specializes with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational issues, grief and loss, recovery from intimate partner violence, healing recovery from betrayal trauma and sexual assault. She also supports clients with recovery from addictions, including substances and sex and love addiction.

She utilizes EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and underscores client strengths and resilience along with perspectives of psychodynamic, CBT, family systems, mindfulness, art therapy.

Therapy supports whole body and brain healing, making the implicit explicit, and underscores client strengths and resilience. Clients are supported to learn how to identify and remove internal and external obstacles to their treatment goals, becoming more resilient and more authentically who they are in the process.
