Great to meet you!

You and your family's pursuit of healing and wholeness can start here, today! I will honor your voice and partner with you in your journey. If speaking up a struggle for you, I can help you find your voice and learn how to use it. I know the deep impact the work towards wholeness can have on a person’s life and want you to experience the peace and clarity that you deserve. I am truly passionate about helping you know yourself and build the life you want. My desire is to facilitate an environment that is safe for you to heal and grow.

I have been on a journey to my true calling as a therapist all of my life. My life experiences and subsequent journey for personal insight and healing, coupled with my educational pursuits have equipped me for the work ahead with you. I was built with the empathy, discernment, and compassion to do this. I would love to hear your story today!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic focus is general and includes all ages, genders, races, religions, and abilities.

Some areas of my therapeutic focuses include depression, trauma, living well with personality disorders, disordered eating, the mind-gut connection as well as substance abuse and mindful use. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, and I am an Eating Disorder Informed Professional.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with me feeling empowered to live life the way you really want to. Depending on your desires, you can also expect to leave with specific tasks to work on. I often provide practical tools and challenging questions at the end of my sessions. Take what serves you and leave things holding you back behind.
