Great to meet you!

Listen, not to respond, but to understand are words I live by both professionally and personally. I create a safe, non-judgemental, space for you to express your inner most thoughts and feelings. My clients come from all walks of life and face a wide spectrum of life stressors and mental health challenges, including: depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Together we'll explore your patterns of behavior, where they come from, and develop deeper self-awareness & acceptance.

My approach to therapy

CBT & DBT help individuals to create better boundaries, identify patterns, offer new perspectives, and live with more focus. I often use techniques from these modalities when working with clients. I also believe it's crucial to understand where a person comes from to help them get where they're going by using a person-centered approach in counseling.

What you can expect from me

Our experiences are as unique as we are as individuals, and how we are impacted by our environment varies greatly. I believe, deeply, in meeting people where they are at. My approach is holistic, and often eclectic, as I gain insight during the therapeutic process in how to help each client on a case-by-case basis. Reach out today for a free consultation.
