I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. I obtained my Dual Master in Arts and Master in Education degrees in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University.

I have experience helping culturally diverse young adults and adults in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Family Conflict, and Stress Management.
