Great to meet you!

As a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, mental stability is paramount to one's well being. Since stigma surrounding mental health continues, it can be difficult for individuals to seek psychiatric care. So, welcome! I have been practicing as a Registered Nurse for over 7 years and have spent the last 3 years diagnosing and treating individuals between the ages of 12-98 who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia and behavioral dysregulation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is one that embodies holistic values and individualized care. It is important to know that in order to achieve a positive outcome on your mental health journey, you must be willing to be transparent and openly communicate while maintaining respect. I am here to listen, challenge you and provide the best options for you!

What you can expect from our first session

The first session begins with a warm introduction and a clear outline of what you hope to achieve from our partnership on your mental health journey. This session would also most likely include detailed history taking that serves as great insight in developing the best treatment plan for you.
