Great to meet you!

I am a New Jersey native and have over 20 years of professional experience working in various clinical and supportive facilities such as Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Outpatient Treatment, State Residential Treatment Centers, Community Mental Health Clinics, Employee Assistance Programs, and Assisted Living centers.

My approach to therapy

Mental health is as important as physical health with you at the center. I have a passion for working with young to older adults. The breadth of my experience has included people with dynamic experiences. Depression, anxiety, grief, college and life stress are just a few areas where I could help you to make positive and new changes.

What you can expect from me
