Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in negative thought patterns, or simply needing a space where you can finally exhale and be honest about what you’ve been carrying, therapy can provide support and clarity during difficult seasons of life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, loss, and ongoing stress. You may find yourself overthinking, shutting down emotionally, feeling disconnected from others, or struggling to manage the constant pressure of trying to keep everything together. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and accepted exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we will work toward understanding the patterns, experiences, and stressors impacting your emotional well-being while building practical tools for healing and growth. I incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and EMDR to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and manageable. As a Christian counselor, I also offer faith-based support for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I believe it is important that you never feel pressured to share more than you are ready for. Your first sessions are an opportunity for us to build trust, explore what brought you to counseling, and discuss the goals and hopes you have for therapy. Together, we will identify supportive next steps and create a plan that helps you move toward greater peace, clarity, and emotional balance while feeling supported every step of the way.
