Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, prioritizing emotional well-being is an important part of living a healthy and fulfilling life. Seeking support can be difficult, and I commend you for taking that first step. I have 9 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in working with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building self-awareness, and developing healthier coping strategies. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe that therapy is most effective when clients feel empowered, understood, and actively involved in their own growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your goals, explore challenges, and build practical tools to support your growth and well-being. My approach balances compassion with accountability, helping you gain insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.
