Great to meet you!

I bring more than 20 years of experience helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and the many pressures that can make life feel overwhelming.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am:

  • Warm and easy to talk to
  • Direct and honest, without being judgmental
  • Practical and solution-focused
  • Focused on helping you make meaningful changes—not simply talk about your problems

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside while struggling on the inside. You may look like you have everything under control, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your thoughts, exhausted, or frustrated by difficulty with focus and follow-through.

My approach is compassionate, but I won't simply tell you what you want to hear. I’ll help you understand what is happening, look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work with you to develop strategies that actually fit your life.

Therapy is a place where you can slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

I provide secure telehealth therapy to teens and adults throughout New Jersey.

You don't have to keep figuring it all out on your own.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to you.

Together, we will:

Identify what’s keeping you stuck

  • Build tools to manage anxiety and improve focus
  • Help you feel more grounded and in control
  • Create changes that actually fit your real life

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little uncomfortable at first, especially if you're not sure what to expect. My goal is to make that first conversation feel comfortable, respectful, and useful.

During our first session, we'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're experiencing right now, and what you'd like to be different. I'll ask questions to better understand not only the immediate concern, but also the patterns, relationships, thoughts, and experiences that may be contributing to it.

You can expect me to listen carefully and without judgment. At the same time, I won't simply tell you what you want to hear. I believe meaningful therapy involves both compassion and honesty, so I'll gently challenge patterns or perspectives that may be keeping you stuck when it feels appropriate to do so.

We'll begin identifying your goals and discussing what progress could look like for you. Depending on what you need, we may also begin exploring practical strategies during the first session rather than waiting several weeks to get started.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. You just need to be willing to begin the conversation.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered—with enough honesty to help you see things differently and enough support to help you do something about them.
