Great to meet you!

I believe that every individual has unique strengths, and my goal is to help you uncover and build on those strengths to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to provide flexibility and creativity in the healing process. Together, we’ll work to create a safe and open space where you can explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and find lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults offering a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Therapy. My approach is rooted in a Person-in-Environment perspective. I feel it is important to meet clients where they are.

What you can expect from me

I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression or trauma impacting their ability to form healthy and stable relationships. Most of my client's report reduced symptoms within 3 months of treatment and sustained improvement thereafter.
