Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from South University and also completed my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from this same University. I am passionate about supporting my clients as they work to better understand themself, particularly the body, mind, soul connection. Goal setting in therapy is a technique I am passionate about! I enjoy celebrating with my clients when goals are reached no matter how small or large the goal. I include trauma informed approaches in each session and provide collaborative connections within the community of Savannah, Georgia for holistic treatment approaches. Between sessions you will find me taking walks at the park, reading a book, and searching for flowers or sunrises and sunsets.

My approach to therapy

I have a particular interest in supporting clients who are deconstructing from being raised or living in high control groups (religious or non-religious). In my practice I serve men and women in all stages of life, I enjoy working with couples, and individuals that identify as LGBTQIA+. Cultural competence is importance to me as a counselor and I enjoy learning how clients cultural or racial background impacts their life story.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave their session knowing that their session is a safe space, a space to understand more about themself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Client can also expect to leave their sessions better equipped to engage in day to day life and relationships.
