I have over ten years of experiencing in counseling. I have worked such as substance abuse treatment, child/adolescent and adult psychiatric and community based services. I have worked with clients from various walks of life that includes childhood to more seasoned members of society.
I have experience working with substance abuse, gender identity problems, anxiety, depression, phase of life problems, grief, trauma, peer relationships, self-harm, stress, women's issues, family conflict and many others.
I work from the mind frame that everyone has a story, and I am interested to find out where you are to help guide you along this journey called life. I love to make all my clients feel open and comfortable with talking about what struggles are taking place along with what strengths are currently in place. I meet clients where they are and decide which method of therapy is right for you.
