Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Camilly, Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I specialize in working with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story and build a more fulfilling life. Therapy with me is about progress, not perfection—and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and occasionally sprinkled with a well-timed joke—because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I believe in meeting you where you are, but I won’t let you stay stuck there. I’ll gently challenge the stories that no longer serve you while helping you build healthier ones. Expect a mix of compassion, curiosity, and the occasional “tough love” moment if it helps you grow. Therapy with me is a space where you can laugh, cry, be real, and most importantly—be yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it—no judgment, just curiosity. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better, and you’re always in control of what you share. We’ll start building a foundation of trust and clarity so you can feel safe and supported. Think of it as the beginning of a conversation that’s all about you, your growth, and what you truly need.
