Great to meet you!

I've worked with lots of different people seeking help for a variety of challenges, from stress related to tough life circumstances to chronic psychiatric conditions. Many of the people I've worked with have or have had an addiction of some sort, so I can be super helpful to folks looking for support with that.

My approach to therapy

I'm an easy going person by my nature, and I think that comes across in my approach. I'm told that sessions with me tend to feel conversational and laid back. I pride myself on being very nonjudgmental, and accept everyone I work with where they're at. At the same time, it's really important to me that clients make the changes that they want to, and I don't hesitate to offer support when its helpful.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I'll be curious and interested in what's bringing you to therapy and how I can be helpful, but I won't pry or force you to share. I also want you to know what you're getting yourself into, so I'm here to answer all of your questions. We can get right to business or get to know each other, or both! We'll see how we're feeling and go from there.
